Results & performance
Rebuilt builds websites engineered to be found and recommended: clean structured data, fast load times, mobile-first design, and AI-search readiness — schema, a crawlable structure, an llms.txt cheat-sheet, and content written the way people actually ask questions. That's the foundation for visibility in Google and in AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI Overviews.
The foundation is necessary, but it is not a guarantee. We don't own or control Google, any AI system, or how they choose to rank or recommend businesses, and we can't promise any specific ranking, amount of traffic, number of leads, volume of sales, or that any AI will recommend you by name.
Real-world results also depend on things that live outside the website — your reviews and online reputation, how quickly you respond, your competition, your market, and how you actually use the site. Where we cite a performance figure (for example, "loads in under a second"), it describes a typical result, not a promise for every page or every network.
Put simply: a great website makes your business as readable and recommendable as it can be. It's the floor, not a magic switch — and it works best paired with an active reputation, which our optional monthly plan is designed to help you build.
What you own — and what you give us
Your site is yours
Once your build is paid for in full, the finished website is yours — the design we create for you, the copy and imagery we assemble from your materials, and the live site itself. You're free to keep it, move it, or hand it to someone else. We don't hold your site hostage, and cancelling an optional monthly plan never takes your site away from you.
The underlying tools, frameworks, and reusable techniques we use to build sites stay ours to use again across other projects. And unless you ask us not to, we may feature the work we built for you as an example of what we do.
Materials you provide
When you send us your logo, photos, written content, or brand assets, you're confirming you have the right to use them. Anything we add on our side — stock photography, icons, fonts — we use under a proper license or a free-to-use allowance. If something you provided turns out to belong to someone else, let us know and we'll replace it; the responsibility for the source material sits with whoever supplied it.
Pricing, plans & cancellation
Every site is a one-time build fee based on scope. Getting you live is included — domain connection, hosting setup, and the technical wiring are handled by us, even on the entry plan. You don't need to touch a server or a settings panel.
The monthly plan is optional. It covers ongoing hosting, edits and updates when you need them, help building your reviews and reputation over time, and a full redesign of your site once a year. There's no long-term contract — you can cancel whenever you like, and your site remains yours.
Prices and figures listed on this site are typical starting points. Your final pricing is confirmed with you in writing before any work begins, so there are no surprises.
Your yearly redesign
While your monthly plan is active, we redesign your site once a year at no extra cost. It's a benefit of staying with us, not a separate purchase: for each roughly twelve-month stretch of continuous membership, we prepare a new design and launch it once you've reviewed and approved it.
To be clear about what it is — a redesign refreshes the look and structure of your existing site and brings it up to current best practices. Brand-new features, extra pages, or a larger store beyond your current plan are separate add-ons, scoped and quoted up front.
And an honest expectation: we can't promise your site will look the newest or most on-trend at every single moment. Design tastes and web technology shift constantly. Each yearly redesign reflects the best practices at the time it's done and keeps your site current on a regular cycle — but between redesigns, styles naturally move on, which is exactly why the refresh comes around every year rather than once and never again.
Platforms we rely on
Your site depends on a few independent services, each with their own terms and their own control over how they operate:
- Search & AI platforms — Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google's AI Overviews and the like are separate companies we don't own or influence. How they rank and recommend can change at any time.
- Hosting — we host on Vercel, which serves and secures your site. An outage or change on their side can affect availability; we'll help resolve it, but we can't guarantee a third party's uptime.
- Domains & contact delivery — your domain lives with a registrar, and we set your contact form up to reach you whatever way suits you, whether that's straight to your inbox or through a form service. Those run on third-party providers with their own terms and uptime.
Privacy
Here's exactly how Rebuilt handles your information — in the same plain language as the rest of this page. Questions are always welcome atcameron@rebuilt.design.
What we collect
When you fill out the contact form on this site, we collect what you type into it: your name, your business name, your current website (optional), and your message (optional). If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include. We do not ask for or store payment-card details on this website.
How we use it
We use what you send to reply to you, prepare your free preview, and provide and improve our service. That's it — we don't use it for anything unrelated to helping you with your website, and we don't add you to a marketing list you didn't ask for.
Cookies & tracking
This site runs no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no non-essential cookies. We don't set our own tracking cookies and we don't follow you around the web. Our hosting provider may process standard, technical server-request information — such as IP address and browser type — purely to deliver and secure the site.
Who processes it
We keep our tooling deliberately minimal, and use trusted providers only where needed:
- Vercel hosts this website and delivers it to your browser, processing standard server-request data as it serves and secures the site.
- Web3Forms delivers our contact-form submissions to us by email when you use the form.
These providers process your information only to perform their service for us — nothing more.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers above who help us operate this site and respond to you.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — at any time, for any reason. Emailcameron@rebuilt.design and we'll take care of it promptly.
Security & retention
We keep what you send only as long as we need it to help you and respond to your request, and we take reasonable steps to protect it. No method of transmission or storage on the internet is ever 100% secure, but we keep our footprint small on purpose to keep your information safe.
Children
Our site and services are meant for businesses and the adults who run them. They're not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this page
As our work evolves, we may update this page. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version, and any meaningful change will be reflected here. If a change ever affects how we handle information you've already sent us, we'll make that clear.
How to reach us
A real person reads every message. For anything on this page — privacy, your data, how we work — reach out any time.
